Fujitsu has launched a new tablet device — ARROWS Tab Wi-Fi — that would be available in Japanese markets from this 19 January. The tablet has a 10.1–inch LCD display screen that has a Super Gliding Coating on it.

Some technical features are as follows:
• Android 3.2
• 1280 x 800 display resolution
• 5.1 megapixels rear camera with CMOS sensor
• 1.3 megapixels front camera with CMOS sensor
• GPS and Accelerometer
The tablet features a fingerprint sensor that lets you to unlock the screen without having to enter a password or even the need to remember one. This feature is a great security measure for your device to prevent unauthorized access. It has an OMAP4 dual core processor with a high-speed of 1 GHz. Fujitsu ARROWS Tab Wi-Fi tablet is lightweight and its battery can run for 10–83 hours, while in use. It also has a water-resistance of IPX5/7 (Ingress Protection rating) for considerable damage protection. You can use the tablet even in moist areas like the bathroom, without any second thoughts.
Fujitsu ARROWS Tab Wi-Fi tablet is equipped with hand gesture control that does not require you to touch the screen. This feature could be very useful when your hands are unclean, wet, or engaged. There are two stereo speakers with bass and clear sound quality. The tablet has F-LINK feature for easy sharing of photos with a compatible Android device or PC, wirelessly. It supports DLNA connectivity as well.
This latest Fujitsu device has some powerful apps included. You can watch TV programs, Hollywood movies, cartoons, and drama. You can also browse online for e-books through BooksV app and use iFilter for Android app to apply web filters. There is a built-in multimedia dictionary, too.
With so many features, Fujitsu ARROWS Tab Wi-Fi tablet can be a good buying option for consumers. Fujitsu has yet not declared the price or the release date for US markets, but the product would certainly be an eye-catcher.
