Touchpad in Fujitsu® AMILO Pi 3660 Notebook
A touchpad is considered to be a pointing device which senses the user’s finger movements and moves the cursor on the screen accordingly. The purpose of a touchpad is same as that of a mouse in the desktop. But touchpad usually comes with the laptops. You could change the settings of touchpad in the same way as how you do it for mouse. The Fujitsu AMILO Pi 3660 notebook contains a standard touchpad without having any special features such as multi-touch gestures. And it does not contain any optimal gliding characteristics because the touchpad surface is slightly roughened. A vertical scrolling and two high- gloss buttons for left and right click are attached with the touchpad.

No Response from Touchpad
The touchpad driver in your system makes touchpad device to sense your figure movements and click on it. If your touchpad software file in your system get corrupted or deleted from the memory because of any reasons, you maynot get any responds from it. To solve this you should have to remove the corrupted existing driver software and reinstall it.
If there are any conflicts arising between Operating System and touchpad driver, it can take some time for touchpad device to read touchpad driver files and respond to your finger movements. So it may create a lagging problem while you drag anything on the screen. To solve this you just need to keep your finger away from the touchpad for a while and refresh the system. If still the problem is there you need to restart the system.
