Due to hard drive issues
Your hard drives are to be connected in the right manner for entering the setup of Fujitsu AMILO Pi 3560. And when these connections are not properly done, your setup configuration gets disabled. When you come across the issue of non detection of your hard drives, try to reinstall the hard drive that is not connected properly. If they are damaged, try reinstalling them and then see if the setup configuration disabled issue exists.
When administrator password is enabled
When a password is set for your administrator account then the setup configuration is disabled in your system. And this won’t allow access to your system setup. You need to change the BIOS settings in this situation and to do that you have to disable the password first. You can download a software and burn it onto a CD for this purpose. Then reboot your system and then boot the CD in the drive, and using the DOS utility remove all the service tags in the BIOS settings. And with this you will be able to reset the setup configuration password and then boot the system setup.
If your Fujitsu AMILO Pi 3560 has any damaged IDE/SATA cable then your setup configuration can be disabled. Since these cables are directly connected to the hard drive of your system they can cause a lot of damage. Try to remove and replace the cable with a new one. This will help in avoiding the disabling of setup configuration in your system.
